“ Great place for breakfast all day long. Frankly my salad was only fine but everyone who was smart enough to get breakfast really enjoyed it. ”
“ Everything was amazing!! We are from out of town and stopped her for lunch. The place was nicely set up with things to purchase. The employees were prompt to sit us fastly and very nice. The food was amazing. We had country fried steak, grilled cheese, soup, and a BLT. The waitress was so nice and helped us figure out a nice place to look at a waterfall. We would go back here again when we are in town. ”
“ We've been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally did. I have to say we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with EVERYTHING from the FOOD to the SERVICE! With country cooking becoming harder and harder to find, it's quite nice to find one that's JUST GREAT ALL AROUND! The food was AMAZING! My wife had the veggie plate with fried okra, crowder peas, green bean casserole, and potato salad. The meal also came with a choice of bread, of which the garlic bread was chosen and which I also ate. I thought it was VERY DELICIOUS! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal (especially the peas). I myself tried their chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit and the meat lover's skillet. By-the-way, breakfast is served all day! Although I ate way too much, the food was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! It's very hard to find REAL COUNTRY COOKING these days and if you're a big fan, then you DEFINITELY NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE! ”
“ So many choices of great southern food! The Brunswick stew passed my test and the mashed potatoes and gravy, grits, banana pudding, strawberry crisp, and bread pudding were delicious! (We all had to share, wanted to try the whole menu!) Austin was our server and he was so nice and accommodating. Will def go back :) ”

“ My husband and I went to Papa’s for a late lunch on Friday. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was great and our server Joey did a wonderful job! I had the grilled cod, my husband had the chicken livers Both entrees were great! The potato salad was good, so was the banana pudding. The fried okra was the best I’ve ever had! We plan to go back soon! ”
“ I can't say enough about Papa's Place and their staff. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, for our upcoming wedding, on a busy Friday night and they were nothing but accommodating. The staff was incredible, food was fresh and tasty and they provided great service. Everyone loved the specials and wide variety of choices and a special treat at the end. Rhonda helped us organize the entire night with little notice and she even helped serve our table. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for some good southern cooking with great service! Thank you Papa's Place we definitely be back! ”
